Digital Image License Agreement

This license applies to all digital image files purchased or downloaded from Keel Photography, LLC (“Photographer”). By purchasing or downloading images, you (“Client”) agree to the following terms:

1. Grant of License

The Photographer grants the Client a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual personal-use license for the purchased digital image files.

2. Permitted Uses

The Client may:

• Print the images for personal display (home, gifts, personal scrapbooks).

• Share the images on personal social media accounts with visible credit to Keel Photography.

• Store and back up the images for personal safekeeping.

3. Prohibited Uses

The Client may not:

• Use the images for commercial purposes (advertising, marketing, resale, or profit-generating uses).

• Enter the images into competitions without written permission from the Photographer.

• Alter the images in any way, including applying filters, cropping in a way that changes composition, or removing the watermark.

• Allow third parties (including vendors, magazines, or blogs) to use the images without prior written consent from the Photographer.

4. Copyright Notice

All images remain the sole and exclusive property of Keel Photography, LLC and are protected by U.S. copyright law. This license does not transfer ownership of the copyright.

5. Indemnification

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Keel Photography, LLC against any claims, damages, or liability arising from unauthorized use of the images.

6. Acceptance of Terms

Downloading or using the images constitutes acceptance of these terms.
